This listing is for one (1) Pre CBS "Short leg" Fender Jazzmaster bridge base. These were found on Jazzmaster's from their premier until early 1962. When the Jaguar was designed, they needed to add about 3 / 16" to the legs to clear the room needed for the mute. Like the spring that changed for the Bass VI, they made it universal so they didn't have to make and stock 2 different subtle variations. Hi, here are the original parts from my MIJ Traditional 60's Jazzmaster
included is the stock bridge, tremelo unit (including arm and screws), Pickups (including covers but not the mounting screws) and internal electronics. please note the pickguard is not included
the pots i beleive are 50k on the Rhythm circuit and 1meg on the lead circuit - traditional jazzmaster set up
Selling as I switched out all the stock equipment for mastery bridge / trem, a custom wiring loom and some fancy... more
