    Well, item was described as new without box but signs of previous use. Refunded enough to make the price reasonable for a used one. It should've been brand new but the way this was packaged it is possible for a reseller to overlook maybe wasn't purposeful. Overall, keeping instead of returning made it much easier for me due to my work and living location. I've had better & worse experiences but overall I'd say responded & made it right much quicker than the average seller so I'd buy here again

    Didn't fit my Fender Strat

    It looks like a good value for the money but it did not fit my 1998 Fender Strat MIM Deluxe. It was too thin and I had to return it. Apparently, the older strat models had thicker arm gauges. Now, I know.

    Many eBay products or guitar parts are always a gamble or trial and error just take a chance

    I ordered it for two Mexican Bridge but only fit one bridge but no worries, I'll keep it in case I find a bridge that might fit the other one

    The only thing I wasn't fond of was the seam in the middle of the plastic tip on the arm, but you're gonna find that on any tremolo arm. A small bit of sanding with 1000 grit sandpaper and a little buffing took care of that. The price is hard to beat and the quality is quite nice! I've already shopped with them again and will in the future too. Thanks again!
