The only negative issues that I had with it was that the holes didn't line up as shown in the pictures so I had to roundout using a drill to make it fit. The other negative thing would be the shipping time. It took over a week, but no major problem unless I needed it within 3 or 4 days. Over all it's a good buy and would buy again. Hopefully the seller fixes the alignment issue for future purchases..
