Great value branded item.

Re issue 70s fender/Schaller tuners
I brought these to replace a damaged tuner for a 72 telecaster,and was really impressed by the look, quality,and functionality. They look identical just a slightly brighter chrome, they are as good if not slightly smoother than the originals , haven’t checked but they do seem a slightly higher ratio like most modern tuners, what they will be like after 50 years of use as the original,I won’t be around to see but at the moment they are looking and working fine,and the price a single vintage 70s tuner is fetching you could buy 2 complete sets of 6 of these, they blend in more with a light buffing with wire wool, just don’t get any insideVerified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

A lot of people swear by them.
These are nice looking tuners. A lot of people swear by them for tuning stability and they look quite cool on the back of a larger "CBS" style Fender headstock. Prices vary wildly from about £35 to £75 depending on who you get them from and as such I can't recommend them on price or value. I paid about £32 all in all, at that price, they are a steal. Any more than about £40+ postage and you may as well get better ones as the price just does not justify the choice when compared to some of the more modern designs unless you really want that '70s look and "F" logo.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
