    The seller packed the hood well and it came in good condition. He/she had stated in an email " To be Clear this is a new hood . It was installed in a new upscale condo. New owners redid the kitchen . So it was never used and being sold as new .Otherwise it would cost 1200. its in perfect working condition." It was not new - the grease filters were greasy and there was a small amount of grease pooled inside the filter box. On line new $1000. only one photo which did not show enough detail.

    This buyer made a totally false claim . I went out of my way to work with this buyer who pleaded with me to drop the price . I basically gave it to him for half the asking price. Only to be met with false feedback . This item did not have grease or dirt in the filters . It was basically never used . It came from a brand-new apartment that had never been rented. It was gone over thoroughly before shipping.This why you dont buy or sell to people with zero feedbacks. Seller beware!
