This seller is a fraud. The listing stated the pickups are in “new other: open box” condition but in reality they are in heavily used and abused condition barely worth half the price he charged. The seller tried to blame the damage on the shipping which is ridiculous given the original packing and the state of the pickups - HEAVILY USED. Avoid!

The item was well-packed for delivery and shipping was relatively quick. The item arrived as described. There were nice-looking, less expensive options but I do not buy Chinese goods and I considered this a very good deal from a US seller. That said, it is not perfect and I did not expect it to be for the price. The frets will require dressing and there is evidence that the fret ends were hastily cut, marking the edge of the fretboard. I am satisfied with the value in terms of quality for price.

Thank you! Our necks are individually photographed, so you get the one you pick. We’re dealing with overseas sellers stealing our photos, thanks for mentioning this. All our necks have frets seated and leveled with a 14” beam, then recrowned—they’re playable out of the box. A guitar tuned to pitch exerts ~200lbs; wood needs to acclimate. We recommend building the guitar, stringing it, and checking it a week later. Having built hundreds of guitars, this always been our recommendation.
