I found the neck to be much narrower and the strings closer together than my fat fingers could effectively play. Did some searches online for possible fixes and found this. After filing it down quite a bit, the guitar is now playable. Product did exactly as described, received it in around a week UK to US. Couldn't recommend it more. Never needed to contact seller.
