They came in All parts packaging and very bad quality. The metal is all warped and the finish is horrible. The seller refunded me and was no problems to deal with. Both their web site and the sealed package itself states they are made by Schaller. Schaller the only knob of this type that uses a slotted set screw, easy to identify who made them.
