Arrived in a bag surrounded by bubble wrap so fairly well protected. Nice like giveaway with some plastic people as well. That was a nice gesture. I wish I had a bit more money this week so I could have one more item. The water tower. Fast delivery. Great communication. Pleasant fellow. Will do more business with him if he has more stuff

I found it alarming that on one hand he calmed me down by saying that I can always return the product if it won't be to my satisafaction, but after sending the package it said that returns are not possible. Other than that - I felt that the price of the delivery was too high, especially as I was asked to pay 5.4Euros more at the post office.
