Carrier told me when she hand delivered it, the contents sounded like broken glass. Opened the parcel after accepting delivery & found the bowl smashed. Sender had given the bowl only thin plastic shopping bags & a bit of brown paper for padding, The box was too large for the bowl so they put cardboard on top of the bowl & another box over that to fill up the space.Reply from: websterlikethedictionary- Feedback replied by seller websterlikethedictionary.- Feedback replied by seller websterlikethedictionary.You requested a refund and in 5 seconds left a bad feedback. We don't use clear tape which is all over the box. You claim bad packaging, yet there is bubble wrap all over. I don't control shipping. Maybe go to the post office to submit a claim from them instead of trying to scam us. There is the exact bowl sitting right behind the box in your picture. You should not be trying to scam a small family. That is just disgusting.
